This salve was inspired by my mother-in-law. She struggles with achey legs and varicose veins. The base notes are ginger root and rosemary to increase the circulation and get the blood flowing. It will help with cold hands or feet as well.

Great applied after showers or baths, wonderful for massages, or really anytime of the day. Put a small amount on your fingers and apply it on skin in circular motion.
